Pent Up 2: The New Normal
Pent Up 2 has been rescheduled to Wednesday June 17th.
Too Fly supports the Black community here, in the U.S. and around the world. As an organization we are making a promise to do better, to listen more and to always amplify the voices of the unheard. We are therefore rescheduling Pent Up 2 to create more space for Black voices to be heard right now. Please read our full statement here: http://toofly.ca/black-lives-matter/
Too Fly is bringing back its wildly successful, live-streamed Virtual Cabaret on June 17th with a new set of burlesque, dance, singing, comedy, and drag performances. With the theme, “The New Normal” our eclectic cabaret will be moving past isolation to reflect the future of interacting in a physically distanced world.
Join us online on Wednesday, June 17th for a live-streamed, pay-what-you-want cabaret spectacular.
Many artists are unfortunately out of work right now, so we are bringing this show to you as a fundraiser for our performers who will receive a split of all proceeds from ticket sales and tips.
With deep respect we acknowledge that we are performing on the traditional unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations.
This performance is brought to you by Too Fly Productions in support of local artists. Please contact us at email@example.com if you are able to contribute a larger amount to distribute to our brilliant artist alumni. Every bit helps to support artists who have lost work and income during the ongoing global pandemic.
Live stream will start at 8:00 pm on Wednesday June 17th. The show will run about an hour and a half.
Tickets are by donation with a suggested minimum of $10. When you purchase a ticket you will receive a unique link to view the live stream. Links are not shareable and are only meant for one viewer. If you are watching with your quaran-team, please encourage everyone to contribute financially by tipping.
Proceeds from ticket sales and tips go entirely to the performers.
This is a ticketed virtual event and will not be suitable for viewers under the age of 18.
